The Project Coordinator II Adolescent Medicine oversees all training, development activities of the Community Treatment Center for Runaway and Homeless Youth. The Coordinator is responsible for working with agency partners to identify key competencies for direct service staff, reviewing existing training programs, translating competency areas to training modules, reviewing and making recommendations regarding appropriate training technologies, and working with selected vendors to translate training modules to a training program.Requires a Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field; will consider equivalent training/experience; knowledge of adolescent development and behavior; knowledge of theory/principles of professional training. Three-five years experience in program planning, development and evaluation; experience developing and implementing professional training; and experience in inter-agency planning and service coordination.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a health care or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Two years experience in a hospital setting. Verbal and written communication skills, computer/data entry skills, and medical background desirable. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
