Senior Accountant:
Under the general supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of accounting/financial reporting for owners related entities, including but not limited to the following:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS, TRUST ACCOUNTS, AND OWNER WORK:
? Responsible for personal accounts: Investment, Irrevocable Trust, Family Partnerships, & LP accounts.
? Responsible to ensure all daily deposits, checks, and G/L accounts are posted correctly by the Senior Bookkeeper.
? Monthly, review of all general ledger accounts and preparation of necessary adjusting journal entries in a timely manner.
? Review and approve cash disbursements prior to check signing. Report errors to Accounting Supervisor as necessary.
? Track loans between family partnerships.
? Track annual gifting.
? Responsible for limited account receivables/payables for accounts.
? On a monthly basis input or review input of transactions in Captool software and reconcile broker statements to Captool subsidiary ledgers by portfolio. Record transactions to the general ledgers maintained in Yardi, annually, reconcile 1099 to the general ledger and the Captool subsidiary ledgers for tax return preparation purposes.
? Prepare weekly and month-end valuations and cash report for owners.
? Responsible for monthly reporting to various owners.
? Prepare annual tax prep.
? Prepare annual tax projections.
? Annual preparation of 1099's for several entities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
? 3 years experience as an Accountant.
? Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Accounting.
? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
? Able to perform duties with little supervision
? Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Yardi, Captool, BNA Investment Software, and Timeslips would be helpful.

Logistics Manager For a Watch & Jewelry Retailer $40K/year + Benefits (Los Angeles)
We are a luxury goods retailer located in the heart of the jewelry district in Downtown Los Angeles. We are seeking a fulltime logistics manager to organize our on hand inventory, manage our product production staff and fulfill orders.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position starts at $40k/year on a contract to hire basis. Upon full-time hire, compensation includes an annual performance-based bonus, healthcare benefits.
