Person must be able to peel, cut and process large quantities of fresh fruits, nuts, and other foods for our premium artisan ice creams. Person must be able to work extending periods of time on their feet mixing ingredients, working with typical kitchen utensils and equipment. You will also be putting away deliveries washing dishes, labeling pints , packaging orders, and making ice cream sandwiches. We prefer people with prep cook, baking or other food production experience.
