Responsibilities
? Lead safe and effective training procedures
? Monitor client progress with consistent reporting
? Contribute growth of department revenue
? Support membership advisers in driving new member personal training sales
? Perform periodic prospecting and kick-off sessions as needed

Qualifications
? Current National Personal Training Certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM and/or ACE preferred) or Field related Degree (i.e. Exercise Science, Kinesiology)
? Strong Customer Service and Sales Skills
? Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
? Computer literacy
