Position:
Multi-family residential construction company looking for Project Manager for estimating, bidding, and construction management.

Responsibilities:
? Bidding/Procurement
? Contracts Administration
? Permitting
? Budgets and Schedules
? RFIs and Submittals
? O&M turnover and Punchlist
? Manage customer service

Qualifications:
? 5 - 10 years construction management experience required (multi-family experience preferred)
? Bachelor's degree in related field
? Construction means and methods
? Plan reading, take-offs, estimating
? Relationship with local subcontractors a plus

Skills:
? Must be able to multi-task, excellent communicator, organized, and self-starter
? MS Excel, Word, Outlook, & Project
