personable and enjoys interacting with clients. mainly in assisting our doctor's medical comsetic treatments. .

Inexperience okay, Will train the right person. Inexperienced, recently licensed Aestheticians may be considered for entry level/ internship.

This position is Part-time, hours are flexible. CHINESE and ENGLISH speaking are preferred. at $8/per hour. Located in SGV.

Part-time position is available for receptionist/front desk manager in high profile cosmetic medical center.

We are looking for someone who is a "people person" and a team player. The most important asset for the job is the ability to connect with people.

Knowledge of computers and excellent phone manner is a must. Someone who is flexible and easy going, but willing to work hard will do very well here. Receptionist and sales experience is a plus, but not necessary with someone with a high aptitude for learning and a great outgoing personality. WE WILL TRAIN.

Responsibilities include:

Answer Phones (responsible for 1st impressions)

Greet patients

Update Patient Information, and all forms

Schedule appointments

Enter transactions such as charges and payments into the computer

Responsible for making sure the days cash, credit, and checks balance out and closing out your drawer

Pull and file charts for doctors and nurses

Announce patient's arrival

Call all patients who are late or No-Show

This is a very professional environment so anyone interested must be the same. Casual but upscale attire is mandatory. Being able to multi-task is a necessity.

The doctor is interviewing candidates for a full time position Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays (12 hour shifts) for candidates to perform Laser hair removal, Fractional laser, IPL photo facial and Acne laser treatments; , patient initial consultation, and reviewing patient charts being performed by RN nurses in the office.
Additionally if the candidate is experienced in injectables (Botox, Jervaderm etc), the position can potentially grow into a part time injectable position. We are still looking to book women for a cosmetic line addressing aging skin. This is a Non Union Infomercial! Desired ages (35-55), all ethnicity needed for a 45-90 day user group for a (5) piece product line of skin care addressing aging skin. A non-paid casting call will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, February 21-22, 2012. Between (10am-3pm) in North Hollywood.

We are looking for natural aging skin, to be able to show the results of the product line designed to address problems of aging skin (i.e. fine lines, crowsfeet, crepeyness, loss of elasticity, dryness, etc). Please do not submit if you have had surgically enhanced skin.

Must be available for paid photo shoots of a $100 each time, total of $300 cash plus with possible additional photo shoots. You will also receive 90 day supply of skin care product for usage. Photo shoots are scheduled Monday, February 27 & 28. The second photo shoot will be after ten days of product use March 5th & 6th.
