We are a full service Managed Services IT Consulting Firm looking for a Support technician/Admin to troubleshoot and provide level 1-2 level tier support.

We've been operating since 2007 and have been nominated for awards as Top 150 Managed Services providers in North America.

What skill-sets were looking for in this position:

Extensive user and Desktop troubleshooting experience is needed - Windows XP, 7, 8 and MAC OS desktop. This means working a business network with Microsoft Servers.
Extensive troubleshooting and experience with OFFICE 2003-2013 for Windows and Office 2011 for MAC. This does not mean POP connections. This means working with Microsoft Exchange connectivity.
Manage your own dedicated projects and report on daily basis to the owner and manager.
Working in a fast paced environment, ability to make confident and experience decisions.
Ability to work with a variety of client personas and know how to work with them.
You have to be presentable - no flipflops, shorts, smoking on the job, doublespeak. Yes - We are serious.
You will work from our offices and go on-premise to clients locations. You need to have your OWN car - not your neighbors, a cab or taxi or the bus. Yes - Your own working legal vehicle with insurance.
What else are we looking for in you?

College level written and English communication skills.
Honesty about your abilities at all times. Yes - you will be tested about your resume and other technologies. So - if you think you can wing it in the interview, don't waste both of our times. We can tell by the 2nd interview question if your a fit.
2-3 years of professional IT experience on business level desktops. This does NOT mean the following: Your Mom's or anybody's Mom's PC, or building a network at your house with 386 machines.
Certifications/proof of / Microsoft Cert(MCSE/MCITP) and or Comptia
Reliable Transportation - again, you need a working car.
Smartphone - Yes - a android or IPhone smartphone. You have to have email and internet on it. No flip phones.
What we are like as a company:

As I mentioned we run a fast paced IT company and we service all area's of a clients IT needs such as:

Dealing with various IT vendors they might have
Daily Support calls for desktop issues - sometimes going on-site
Make recommendations on solutions - yes - we listen to our employees.
Connectivity troubleshooting - know how to resolve a problem or ASK FOR HELP.
New hardware/software/suggestions - for end users. Not you.
Scheduled visits and on scheduled visits on client sites -be on time and presentable.
Organize various project deployments(Server deployments, company move/migrations, email migrations, VMWARE server conversions, Desktop migrations, desktop rollouts)
IMPORTANT:

This is not a corporate IT job. Nothing like it. Being that most of the team members used to be in an corporate environment, this job will actually allows for growth, allow you to develop new skills and new technologies while meeting a variety of business and people.

You will go on-site alot and then be in the office alot. It depends on the client work flow and current projects. Sometimes there will be basic days, and sometimes there will be longer days depending on what is needed. You'll even get our Company Shirts to wear so you don't have to worry about what to wear the next day!
