Job Description:
A multinational pharmaceutical and nutritional company is hiring 2 sales representative in Diamond Bar, CA

Job Purpose:
Servicing customers by selling FDA approved APIs and nutritional products in the U.S. and Southern America; visiting customers and promote products with technical and regulatory support from the FDA-certified testing laboratories in China.

Duties:
· To develop new customers by making cold calls and visits for building & maintaining business relations.
· To keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual market analyses.

Skills/Qualifications:
1. Experience in sales work preferably with pharmaceutical raw materials, chemical or health care background.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills.
3. Open to travel and new knowledge.
4. Disciplined, a quick learner and teamwork builder.
5. Proactive & Resourceful.
6. Spanish reading/writing and basic speaking will be a bonus.

Our Company currently has 50+ stores in the restaurant industry. We are seeking someone to fulfill a position as an Operations Support Staff with the responsibilities that include but not limited to administrative duties, resolve restaurant operations issues, coordinate & schedule maintenance & repair service for each store, negotiate pricing and service contracts with different vendors, assist customers with their catering orders, and fundraising events.

Job Title: Operations Support Staff
Compensation: $12 per hour
Job Status: Full-Time
Department: Operations Department
Reports to: Director of Operations

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provides routine daily administrative support services: data entry, filing, answering phone, scan, fax, copy documents, create files, books and binders, run errands.
- Maintains departmental files, spreadsheets, records and publications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare & translate Operations training manuals, procedures, or other documents in Spanish, Chinese and English.
- Receives, distributes for signature and tracks all invoices pertaining to the Operations Department. Verify & organize invoices before submitting to the Director of Operations for approval.
- Supports Operations Management with problems, needs, and requests services.
- Schedule repair & routine maintenance services for each store and ensure the services are timely completed.
- Assist customers with their catering order and inquiry, and coordinate the catering order with the store manager.
- Coordinate fundraising events with organizations and store manager.
- Coordinate & schedule Operations Department meetings and events.
- Negotiate pricing and service contracts with different vendors to be approved by the Company.
- Assists in the execution of marketing activities such as distribution of the marketing collateral to each store.
- Will act as liaison between Operations Dept. and other Corporate Depts.
- Comply with Department & Company Policies & Procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned by Supervisor or Company.

Requirements:

- Minimum two(2) years of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
- Excellent writing skill in Spanish, Chinese and English.
- Good communication skills and excellent phone etiquette & customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Detailed oriented & organized is essential.
- Require traveling to run errands and Company's events.
- Ability to lift at least 5 pounds.
