Strong Animal Familiarity - Must have proficient knowledge of animal (dog and cat mostly) behavior and some knowledge of species and distinctive

characteristics.
Good Communication skills - Ability to Read, write and speak English fluently, using appropriate grammar and vocabulary. This is a necessity. You must

be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organization - All employees are expected to be orderly and organized and able to retain client information and company policies & procedures.
Problem solving skills - Must be able to translates problems into practical solutions. Must be able to know where to look for available information and

act professionally in emergencies.
