High Energy Small Group Personal Trainer Wanted (Santa Monica & Marina del Rey)

We want someone with a genuine PASSION for helping others and who will truly care about our clients. We are a small private personal training studio that specializes in weight loss and and we need trainers who are sensitive to our clients needs. You must be able to listen and be there for our clients and help motivate, encourage, and support them every single day.

We currently have part-time positions (15-20 hours a week) available which could lead to full time positions. Unlike most health clubs and private gyms, you DO NOT have to bring your own clients, try to sign members up for training, do any selling, and we don't make you do any minimum wage floor shifts. Pay starts at $18 and can go up to $25 an hour PLUS BONUSES based on performance, but unlike most health clubs and private gyms, you will be given a consistent block of hours rather than sporadic sessions throughout the day. This means CONSISTENT HOURS and CONSISTENT PAY. We also offer HEALTH INSURANCE for all employees who work 30+ hours per week.

VERY IMPORTANT: You must be able to work the SAME DAYS & HOURS every week. We currently have the following shifts available MORNINGS FROM 6 - 11 AM, EVENINGS FROM 5-8 PM and SATURDAY MORNINGS FROM 8-11 AM available. If you cannot work these hours or if you travel, go to auditions, or have any other commitments that would require you to miss work frequently, please DO NOT APPLY.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Please DO NOT apply if you don't meet the following.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a personal trainer in a gym or studio (self employment NOT accepted)
- Must have verifiable employment history (self employment NOT accepted)
- Boot Camp, Group Fitness, or Small Group Training experience
- Nationally Recognized Certification (must be current)
- CPR Certified (must be current)
