Hostess/Host: Two years experience required. Must have a great smile, outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality. You are the first person our guest encounter and you set the tone for the rest of the evening so you must be able to make a great first impression. Above average dining room management skills required. Open Table experience a plus.
Bar Back: Bar experience required. An interest in craft cocktails a plus. Duties include preparing fruit, juices, syrups and other bar ingredients. Stocking beer, wine, and liquor. Supporting bartenders during service by stocking ice, glasses, and other items as needed. Maintaining cleanliness of the bar. Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
Daytime Porter: Duties include cleaning the restaurant (dining rooms, patio, restrooms), receiving deliveries, answering the phone. Must have a high level of integrity and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be available Tuesday-Saturday.
