Large Entertainment company in Burbank seeking Helpdesk Support Technician/Specialist. This is a 1-month contract, possibly longer.
* Provided hardware, software and network support for 3,500 end users
* Use ticketing system to track and resolve the tickets
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
* Provided recommendations about accessing information and support.
* Help maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
* Responsible imaging, deploying and troubleshooting HP, Dell laptops, MAC and desktops.
* Connect and set up hardware
* Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware, software, and printer issues
* Install Windows operating system to new laptops and desktops
* Identify and prepared hardware for disposal when appropriate.
* Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal.
