Our business is growing and we are looking for an experienced Janitor for a company in Burbank. We need someone who will be available to work night shift about 25-30 hours per week (after 6pm from Monday to Friday) and is looking to make some extra income.

The person we hire must be reliable, well organized and able to handle different responsibilities.
Candidates will work as an Independent Contractor and will earn about $800-$900 extra income.

This person must be able to work independently, and with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements:
- Valid Social Security Number
- Proof of legal status in the United States
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Ability to pass Criminal Background and Drug Screening
- Must live in Burbank or neighboring areas
- Must have and maintain an active Cell Phone and be reachable for scheduling
- Must be available to work after Office Hours Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in Residential and/or Commercial Cleaning Required
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industry
- Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as vacuum cleaners, cleaning compounds and solutions, etc.
- Ability to understand and adhere to safety procedures and follow cleaning techniques and check-lists

Job Description:

- Empty all trash cans, dispose of trash in the dumpster area, and replace liners
- Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies and hallways
- Dust and Wipe all furniture, desks, chairs, window sills, baseboards and all other horizontal surfaces in all Offices and Conference Rooms, clearing all surfaces of cobwebs and fingerprints
- Spot clean all light fixtures and doors, including glass partition walls
- Dust ceiling vents, picture frames and window frames, partitions and all blinds
- Scrub, clean and disinfect kitchen sink, hardware and countertop with disinfectant
- Clean in and out of microwave in break rooms
- Clean Coffee Machine Area
- Clean and polish all mirrors and glass surfaces in all offices and restrooms
- Clean and polish all metal fixtures, including stainless steel appliances, and kitchen sinks with a stainless steel cleaner
- Clean, Vacuum and Mop all floors in kitchen, restrooms and hallways
- Clean, Sanitize and disinfect sinks, countertops, tiles, urinals in restrooms
- Refill all supply dispensers (kitchen and restrooms)
- Clean all door handles in restrooms, clean all splashes on walls around basins
- Report any maintenance issues such as clogged toilets, leaky soap dispensers, or plumbing problems, etc.
- Upon completion of nightly duties, return all janitorial supplies and equipment to designated areas and dispose as directed, maintain janitorial closets in a clean, safe manner
