I am looking for an experienced part-time assistant for my landscape & maintenance business. I have 4 to 6 regular monthly "detailed maintenance" clients that expect attention to detail, knowledge of plants, trimming, irrigation repairs, lighting repairs, fountain cleaning & repair, hardscape repairs a plus, planting, weeding, cleaning, fertilizing, tacking up vines, and an understanding of basic plant care and health. There are also other 1-time jobs that always come up during the month. We do large jobs as well, though I do have a separate crew for that but often I need extra help. Sometimes the Detailed Maintenance clients have us do a lot of planting, and sometimes grass re-seeding as well. The only thing we don't do is mow lawns. It is helpful if you have a truck and are able to pick-up plants and supplies when needed.

If you do not know irrigation or low-voltage lighting but are strong in other areas I may still be able to use you on some jobs. But I really do need someone that can do irrigation and lighting.

$15 to $25 per hour based on experience. Paychecks are available for pick-up (or I'm happy to mail) once I receive payment from the client usually 7-10 days after the job is completed.

MUST HAVE:
Experience
Truck or large car
Email & text messaging
Basic garden tools (shovel, clipper, irrigation supplies, broom, etc.)
Attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of irrigation and low-voltage lighting
Excellent knowledge of plant care and health
Willingness to follow direction, work hard and be professional
Available by email/text in the evenings to discuss jobs if needed
Able to lift heavy things (plants, planters, concrete, etc)

If you can do more than what's on this list, GREAT, I'll give you even more work!
