We were founded in 2010 and have been growing very fast. With its exclusive and powerful network and resources, La JaJa Kids is able to provide local business various and efficient marketing services including website advertisement, social media marketing, marketing research, outstanding marketing campaign, and event promotion.

To further develop our presence and influence in Chinese parent community, we are seeking a few good candidates to be our marketing and web interns

Internship Offers
Marketing Intern
Responsibility:
? Support the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to promote La JaJa Kids in the Chinese parent community in SoCal
? Research and create efficient marketing campaigns through Internet and physical operation.
? Promote and marketing la JaJa kids events. (Sales commission negotiable)
? Cooperate with Public Relationship and Marketing team members to plan and execute projects gained from local organizations and business entities.
? Participate in physical promotion for some events and projects, like passing flyers or posting posters if it is needed.

Hours: 10-15 hours a week, days and times negotiable. Or you can choose work remotely from our Santa Fe Spring office.

Social Media Marketing Intern
Responsibilities:
La JaJa kids Social Media internship experience incorporates hands-on experience with social media marketing, writing and community outreach. The intern will join a team who is responsible for increasing our brand awareness, driving internet traffic, and increasing activity on the organization's social media accounts. Projects can range from event market research, monitoring and engaging on our social media accounts, Internet research, updating website, writing for e-newsletter, etc.

Hours: 10-15 hours a week, days and times negotiable. Or you can choose work remotely from our Santa Fe Spring office.

Web Development Intern
Responsibility:
? Perform weekly maintenance for La JaJa Kids website
? Create and produce certain website modifications as directed
? Web content production(photo/video/graphics) for a variety of platforms, social media marketing campaigns, data entry, and general office IT support.
? Be responsible for some advanced technology or web application research to make the website more creative.

Qualifications:
? Experience with HTML, CSS or JavaScript/jQuery; knowledge of frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation helpful
? Familiarity with one of the following languages: PHP, Ruby, Python, Perl,Node.js
? Above-average Adobe Photoshop skills
? General understanding of SEO
? Ability to use and switch between Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems(or willingness to do so)
? Daily user of social media platforms including Facebook, Weibo, Weixin, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
? Mobile app development experience is a big plus, but not necessary (Or have decent knowledge in Mobile App development is also welcomed to join our team)

Hours:
- Available to come into our office 2-3 times a week Monday-Friday between the hours of 10AM-6PM
-Or work remotely at home but can come into our Santa Fe Spring office once a week.

Designer
Responsibility:
? Perform graphic designs for event flyers, posters, news letter and other marketing material.
? Cooperate with Webmaster to improve the design of la JaJa kids website.
? Cooperate with Marketing staff to design some promotional materials for internal and external use.
? Have knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
? Must own your own professional equipment.

Hours: flexible

Duration:
10-12 weeks
