Full-Time: M-F, 9am -- 5pm

Requirements:
-5 years + experience in running an office.
- Proficient in Quickbooks.
- Must be highly detail oriented, organized and punctual.
- Have working experience with Aims as well as all Microsoft Applications such as Word & Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
- Friendly and helpful Personality, self starter and be able to work under low supervision.

Duties:
-Data Entry.
-Processing orders, scheduling and managing shipments, and providing customer support.
- Processing paperwork for orders: Shipping documents, Purchase orders, Invoices, shipping labels, barcode tickets, following customers compliances, invoicing, manage AR/AP.
- Schedule and Track order shipments from China to various countries to ensure delivery by request date.
- Provide customer support and service through phone and email.
- Performing various office tasks such as ordering supplies, answering phone, and overall support of the Account Supervisor.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S and have good references.
