Hello!

We are a friendly, family-owned ballroom dance studio/facility located in Lomita, CA. We are looking for a part or full-time receptionist that can work early afternoons and evenings and possibly, some hours during the weekend.

Fluency in Spanish is also a requirement. You must also be Trustworthy, Personable, Reliable, Friendly, Patient, and Outgoing. We are looking to fill this position within the next month. No experience is needed because we will provide you with full training.

This is a casual environment with limited supervision. At times, this position will be just you in the front desk alone to handle these duties:

Administrative: Answer incoming calls and emails, follow up/confirmation calls, schedule classes, maintain monthly dance calendar, service customers, engage in minor conflict resolution, handle tasks and duties assigned by the manager and/or owner. Working knowledge of Excel desired.

Sales: Tour potential customers through rental facilities, receive clientele, rent studios/halls for activities/events.

Facilities: Light cleaning, Setting up tables and rooms when needed
