Established State Farm Agent looking for a sales/ customer service representative.
Qualified candidates must obtain P & C License
A credit and background check will also be needed

Responsibilities

•Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
•Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
•Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:
- Proof of eligibility to legally work in the US
- Background check

Qualification:
- Valid driver license with clean record
- Basic math and computer knowledge

Duties:
- Order Picking, Checking and Packing of orders.
- Fill orders by removing the correct items from the shelf, identifying item numbers and proper quantity.
- Determine method of shipment accordingly.
- Must have excellent attention to detail as accuracy is required
- Be prepared to work until all orders are processed for the day
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach and lift during entire shift. Not afraid of height
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Quick Learner
- Strong attention to DETAIL
- Motivated
- Must be able to manage time and meet deadline
- Some knowledge of shipping receiving preferred but not required. Will train right person.
- Other duties as assigned by management, such as entering database and taking photos of products for EBAY.
