Saddle Ranch Chop House - Rock/Western theme restaurant and bar seeks SECURITY/BIG HOST team members.

We are holding OPEN INTERVIEWS.

Tuesday, 12-24 thru Friday, 12-27-2013 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Saddle Ranch Glendale

The Big Host is in charge of making sure each and every guest is having an amazing time and is blown away by Saddle Ranch by being genuinely friendly, out-going and SMILING; going above and beyond the call of duty to make each guest happy, and generally giving amazing guest service. This position is responsible for diffusing guest situation using non-aggressive tactics and adhering to our strict HANDS-OFF policy. Big Host position maintains a safe and secure environment for ALL guests and employees.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greets every guest according to the Saddle Ranch philosophy.
* Effectively cards guests in a courteous and professional manner.
* Maintains a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.
* Is able to identify intoxicated guests and understands the appropriate ways to handle these guest situations.
* Performs proper pre-bussing and bussing duties.
* Informs management immediately of any guest issues, safety concerns and maintenance issues.
* Assists co-workers at all times, continuously being a team player.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Two years experience in security, club or hospitality industry strongly preferred
* Successful completion of a background check
* Friendly and always smiling
* Enthusiastic
* Confident and consistent
* Maintains a sense of urgency
* Capable of organizing thoughts into written form
