The Pool Supervisor must be able to serve guests in a courteous and efficient manner with a smile. Must be able to carry trays, perform all duties including sidework, utilize menu knowledge, be able to bartend, assist with phones, cleaning, stocking towels, taking orders and carrying out proper steps of service. Must be a reliable team player, possess etiquette, be poised, polished and well-groomed. Must be able to work under pressure. Cash handling is required. Additional responsibilities include supervising the floor, handling guest needs, assisting fellow co workers with any guest/computer issues, etc. Must be able to take ownership of situations and guide staff accordingly, communicate with management and fulfill closing reports and duties.
This is a seasonal Supervisor position, mainly for the rooftop pool area and occasionally other food and beverage areas. Hours for the pool will primarily be from 10:00am-8:00pm, seven days a week. Major Responsibilities:
