If you suffer from burning, stabbing pain, sharpness or sensitivity, you may have a condition called Post-Herpetic Neuralgia, also known as PHN.

A nationwide study is currently underway and volunteers from the Los Angeles area are needed.

If you are between the ages of 18 and 80 and have experienced these symptoms for at least 6 months after the onset of your shingles rash, you may qualify for a research study of an investigational medication intended to treat the effects of PHN.

Qualified study participants will receive all study-related care and study medication at no cost, and may be compensated for time and travel. Health insurance is not needed.
