Specialty Vehicle/Trailer Builder needs:
Metal Fabricator and Welder
Must be able to mig and tig
Certifications a plus
Must be able to work with steel and aluminum
Must have appropriate hand tools and own welding uniform including welding hood, gloves,etc.
Must have a good ability to lay out and fit assemblies.
Must be able to complete process from plans to complete installation

Skills
Min. 5 years experience
Must be punctual
Must be a team player and work well with others
Must be willing to be cross trained in other areas
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Ability to work well with only a modest amount of repeated instruction
Must be able to work overtime when necessary and or weekends

2nd Position:

We are looking for a few motivated individuals that would like to work in manufacturing. We need machine operators, laser engraving operators, polishing/deburring operators, inventory/shipping clerks. We have multiple positions and we are willing to train.

Skills
These skills will improve pay: measuring skills, polishing/deburring experience, computer skills, bilingual ability, CNC experience of any kind.

Notes
We have existing contracts and are expanding, we may put in a 2nd or third shift as well, in the coming months.

3rd Position:

Full cabinet construction and finishing all aspects
Face frame and 32mm cabinetry
Must be proficient with laminating-Formica
Good trouble shooting skills

Must have a portfolio of experience

4th Position:

Responsible for performing all administrative functions such as using DISCUSS software for coding customer drawings and generates various reports in Excel. Prepares documentation package for all products to be presented to source inspection and/or for final shipment to end customer. Intermediate understanding of process/material certifications is required. Management and retrieval for internal and external customers. Scans documentation into Laser fiche to appropriate folders.
This position includes work affecting conformity to product requirements.

Skills
Uses time effectively
Evaluate and prioritize workload according to needs. Assist team members when current responsibilities have been completed, such as inputting final inspection data, preparing pre-packages, etc.

Work Area

Maintains a clean and organized work area (file work orders and RE's on a daily basis)

Computer Skills

Basic Excel and Word skills, 10-Key, ERP, customer websites, Laserfiche, Outlook, and Discus software.

Shipping Package

Capable of preparing Certificate of Conformance (COC), packing slip, certifications and inspection reports, source inspection checklist, supplier rejection reports, foreign material approval form. Excellent attention to detail.

Certification Screening

Verify certifications for part number, revision, specifications, serial numbers, and quantities.

Library Management Skills

Capable of managing document library (Reviewing customer databases, verifying current revision levels, reviewing B&B library every six months to ascertain current revision levels, etc.)

Laserfiche System

Able to scan, verify legibility, save, name/create file, and add to existing files for the following documents: work orders, drawings, receiving travelers, specifications, inspection reports and MSDS.
Document Control
Able to code drawings using Discus software, create reports, and enter data.

5th Position:

? Responsible for performing sensor calibration, verification, ATP & RMA diagnostics & repair for released products in day to day activities. Also responsible for preparing calibration test equipment setups as needed.
? Maintain quality and quantity standards set by department. Ability to maintain a record of the calibration process in traveler tracking logs.
? Perform PCB test and assembly tasks.
? Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as PCB burn-in test, subassembly, mechanical assembly, assembly test activities.
? Ability to perform manual soldering and solder rework for PCB with IPC or military standard specifications.
? Maintain quality and quantity standards set by department. Ability to maintain a record of the calibration process in traveler tracking logs.
? Work with engineering as needed to clarify design documentation, parts lists, and drawings to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Skills
? Min. 1-2 years experience in electronic environment is required.
? Ability to read and interpret quality control specifications, IPS certification, blue print drawings and engineering specifications.
? Comfortable with ERP / MRP system reports, work orders and willingness to learn as needed.
? Ability to work at a fast pace and perform a variety of functions.
? Ability to frequently lift 10~20 lbs occasionally with reasonable accommodation.
? Availability to work between 7:30am & 4:00pm M-F, occasional Saturday work, flexibility to periodically shift scheduled start time.
? Dependable attendance.
? High School Diploma or Equivalent and communicate clearly in English to carefully and consistently follow direction and procedures.

then machines parts to the specifications provided in engineering documents. Replaces dull or broken tooling as required.
Checks own work for conformance to specifications. Is able to perform all tasks unsupervised and is able to successfully train
others.
