We are launching a chain of cafes based on an innovative concept that we believe will quickly build a loyal following.

The first location will open in a month.

We're looking for someone who's willing to get his or her hands dirty, doing whatever needs to be done, to get this business open.

The hope is that the second and third will open soon after -- and that funding to open many more will follow.

We are exceptionally hard working creative thinkers who are determined to find new and better ways to do what others have done the same way for decades. (We have an impressive track record in a completely different business area.)

For the right person who wants to be a part of an exciting company from the very beginning, this is an exceptional opportunity.

We're open to working with someone without a lot of workplace experience -- possibly straight out of school -- as long as you can convince us that you can make big things happen.

The following are absolutely essential:

-- You must be great with computers. MS Word, Pages, Excel, Keynote. All on Mac.

-- You must be 100% reliable and dependable.

-- You must be exceptionally well organized. The kind of person who never lets any little detail fall through the cracks.

-- You must have confidence in your own ability to make the impossible happen.

-- You must be an easy-going, laid-back person who's fun to be around (but is still highly detail oriented and a perfectionist).

-- You must be a great communicator.

-- You must be willing to work as hard as necessary to achieve the goals.

-- You're not above doing anything. A lot of what you do will be of critical importance to the business, but some of it might include occasionally getting coffee or emptying the trash. It's important that you can do these things without any trace of resentment.

-- You must like dogs. (Well, not really. But we've never met a dog hater we liked.)

Starting pay is low -- $14/hr -- but, if you can prove your value, we will adjust the pay accordingly. Equity in the company is a possibility.
