Our Prep Cooks assist our baking and decorating staffs in creating some of the most gourmet products in Los Angeles, which have been featured both in print and television media platforms!
Our potential employee should have an interest in growing our company with us; there are plenty of opportunities available to the right candidate!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery/ kitchen setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexible availability including weekend, evening, early morning, and holiday hours
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding work ethic with a desire to take initiative
- Culinary education (and/or completion of a baking/pastry program) preferred
