This position works in our Student Support Services Department (Customer Service) as a liaison between tutors and parents.

? Must be bi-lingual, (English/Spanish)
? Bachelors Degree
? Prior customer service & Microsoft Office skills are required
? Prior experience with customer relationship management application
? Good customer service and problem-solving skills
? Extremely detailed oriented
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Independent decision-making ability

More infoWe are a growing full service REO company that manages and sells properties for numerous asset management companies, banks and government programs.

We are looking for an experienced real estate professional that can complete BPOs to high standards. We estimate this position to handle 5-10 BPOs per week to start. If you are a BPO specialist, real estate agent or appraiser in need of some extra work and love BPOs, this may be perfect for you.

- The number one goal of our BPOs is to accurately complete them per client time lines.
- Some BPOs need to be turned around within 24-48 hours.
- Completing BPOs for our clients includes driving to the subject property, taking pictures and finding suitable comps to determine the value.
- This information is entered in portals (Equator, Res.net, etc.) or sometimes emailed back to the client.

Being comfortable with and knowing how to use portals, digital cameras and having a reliable car with insurance is a plus but our main criteria for consideration is someone that truly loves BPO work and is experienced in determining values for SFR and 2-4 unit properties. You must be detail oriented and dependable because our future business rests on the work we provide today.
