Driver Home Location: Los Angeles and surrounding areas

Operational Summary :

Company Drivers: Average 2,500 miles per week, no tarp, easy to secure flatbed freight. No waiting to get unloaded!! You make your appointment times. Coast to coast freight, one customer only, 3-4 weeks out at a time. Dedicated Company Driver Pay: $.39per Mile. (each week out = 1 earned day home. EX: 3 weeks out, 3 days at home) More than 3 days must be approved prior to time off

Owner operators: Dedicated Owner Operators for account sign on bonus of $2,000.00. Paid out 1000.00 after 30 day, then 1000.00 after 3 months.
.95 cents per mile. FSC for ALL dispatch trips at $1.20 peg, paid at $.01 per mile, $.06 increments, based on National DOE.

Bonus Program: Company Drivers
$.015 per Mile Bonus Program Potential based on: $.005 per Quarterly miles ran, meeting the Safety Criteria, as well as a $.005 per mile at the end of the year, based on the previous year miles and Safety Performance. In addition, Retention bonus after 1 full year of service at .005 per mile ran.
