Front/Back Surgery Office (Beverly Hills area)

(Practice is mostly Cedars-Sinai based)

Responsibilities will include both front and back office;
Must have great phone and people skills.

Prefer Bilingual-

Job will consist of answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, surgery and test/procedure scheduling, greeting patients, bringing those patients to exam rooms, assisting with office procedures, filing, creating and preparing charts, and obtaining authorizations.
Dressing changes, Wound care, and Assist during procedures as well as handling minor patient medical issues.

We treat all of our patients like they are VIPs and we provide a level of care well above and beyond the typical doctor's practice

Candidates must be organized multi-taskers, who are able to handle the stresses from both a busy practice and from patients who may sometimes be seriously ill.
Must be a team player.

Prefer 2-3 years of experience but will train exceptional applicants
