Our Kitchen Managers functions as an extension of Hook Burger Operations in the areas of Back of the House communication, accountability and training. They're is responsible for delivering and preparing quality recipes and menu items in a timely manner align with the Hook Burger standards and expectations. The Kitchen Manager will support Management in coaching and development of their team, safety and sanitation standards, organization and cleanliness of the restaurant. The Kitchen Manager must be able to handle all aspects of the back of the house operations proficiently, be proficient in Hook culinary and brand expectations. They must have excellent communication skills, be a very strong listener, be able to keep themselves and others organized and be able to coach and direct multiple people at the same time. They must possess a strong presence and always act with the highest level of integrity.
