4 axis CNC Machine Operator (Culver City)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Read and understand detailed Auto-CAD drawings and cutting lists
- Program FOM-Industries 4 axis CNC profile milling machine
- Program FOM-Industries double miter cutting machine
- Set up CNC and cutting machines
- Maintain single and series production
- Follow quality and production targets
- Pack and ship manufactured material
- Order and receive material
- Update inventory
- Maintain production equipment

MUST HAVES:
- Fundamental vocational training in the metal industry as an CNC-Operator (certification required)
- Experience as a precision mechanic in the area of cutting & milling
- Deep knowledge of the operation and control of 4 axis CNC milling centers
- Being thoughtful, careful, diligent, responsible, reliable and systemic
- Ability to work independently
- Office software
- Car driver's license; forklift training
- Willingness to work over time if necessary
- Strong communication skills
- Language skills: fluent in English. German and/or French is a plus.
- Maturity and professionalism

Experience in manufacturing metal windows and doors would be advantageous.
