Flexible administrative position with a variety of duties including:
Managing current customer client base
File management
Accounts receivable/payable
Tracking/maintaining sales
generating invoices
following up with customers and vendors
Managing supply inventory
Co-ordinating shipping/receiving with vendors and trucking companies, both on and off-site
Assembling produce orders
Staffing trade shows as requested
Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Skills/Experience:
Computer savvy with email, excel, quicken/quickbooks
Data Entry
Excellent phone skills
Customer service
Sales experience preferable
Bilingual skills a plus
Requirements:
Ability to lift boxes weighing 20-25 lbs
Occasional local travel (must have car and valid drivers license), including weekends
The highest personal integrity
