? Day to Day Bookkeeping work
? Monthly Bank Reconciliation
? Cash Flow Budgeting
? Vendor/Supplier Communications
? Human Resources management
? Office Management
? Interact with warehouse/distribution center
? Interact with Product procurement and purchasing
? Order input and customer invoicing
? Purchase Orders

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
? Minimum 4 years QuickBooks and other accounting experience
? Strong Computer Skills
? Excellent verbal & written communication
? Excellent organizational skills
? Excel Experience
? Positive Attitude and enjoy a fast paced fashion environment
? College degree a must
? Have the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
? Demonstrate an attention to detail, thoroughness, organizational skills and the ability to analyze information
? Consumer Products/ Beauty Experience a PLUS!
