QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3-5 years as a General Manager in a full service fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of P&L concepts and applying knowledge to make improvements.
- Strong wine knowledge.
- Ability to adapt and work proactively in a changing environment, handle stress well and function successfully in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to find ways to improve sales/manage costs

We run a Microsoft shop (SQL Server/VB.net), with a smattering of open source (Perl/PHP/Wordpress) resources as well. Plus, we'll be installing an ERP system here very soon.

You should be an effective manager with good communication skills, the ability to plan and manage multiple projects at once, and make sure projects are done on time.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall shift operations and the execution of product excellence in a store. This position reports to the Store Manager; however, in the absence of a Store Manager, the Assistant Manager effectively is the store leader.
