Primary responsibilities:
-Maintain product knowledge expertise through company-provided training materials.
-Assist customers via phone and email with product-related questions.
-Assist customers with transactions, cancellations and returns.
-Strong interpersonal, written, phone and listening skills.
-Superior time management, planning and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently within a team.
-Additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years customer service or relatable experience preferred.
- Nursing or medical background.
- LVN certification
- At least 3-years of exp. working in a fast-paced, demanding customer-focused work environment.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including excellent bilingual skills (reading, writing, and communication).
- Excellent customer-relations skills & problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple job duties with deadlines & commitment dates.
- Must be reliable & trustworthy in the performance of job duties.
- Able to handle highly confidential information and discretion in all areas of job duties.
