Desired teachers:

1) Must like working with kids!!
2) Be com fortable working with students in small groups
3) Be creative and with genuine interest in helping kids succeed
4) Be punctual and responsible
5) Be polite, positive, and encouraging with all students
6) Be willing to commit to the length of the program (at least 6 months)

The position requires:

7) Part-time (flexible hours between 2 to 7 PM, Monday to Friday)
8) Bachelor degree major in American literature or English literature
9) Teaching experience preferred
10) Tracking students' progress

The company will train instructors in curriculum and provide all teaching materials
