More infoThis position will be in the Warehouse & Logistics Department of Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. in City of Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible in providing support services to Logistics section by ensuring timely and accurate inventory transactions, efficient and effective inventory control and monitoring including logistics financial transactions and management reports.

Typical responsibilities will include:
Planning, coordinating and scheduling periodic physical counts with concerned
departments such as Production, Purchasing, Finance-Accounting, Audit and Third Party
Logistics Provider.
Reviewing all inventory transactions, documents, encoding for inventory monitoring.
Monitoring compliances on Key Performance Indicators of Distribution, third party
providers, Depot & Warehouse.
Recording/documenting inventory losses and damages; preparing inventory adjustments
for approval of Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
Partnering with Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor on inventory discrepancy identification
and reconciliations.
Assisting Warehouse Supervisor in compliance audits of depot operations and inventory
systems including giving feedback on performance levels of depot team & third party
service provider to Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor/Manager.
Coordinating with accounting, Store and depot on timely resolution of inventory
discrepancies.
Preparing, submitting and filling complete, accurate & timely reports.
Performing other tasks related to Warehouse & Logistics Operations as required or
necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules.
Fast learner & adaptable
Computer literate (MS Applications, etc.)
Job Requirements:
At least Associate degree in Accounting or any related discipline or equivalent combination
of education & experience.
Demonstrated experience in inventory planning and control, preferred.
Experience in industrial/manufacturing or consumer distribution organization, preferred.
