Onsite Manager (Gardena)

Property is located in the city of Gardena. The property has 18 Units ranging
from 2 to 3 Bedrooms.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

? Team or Couple. Required to live on premises in manager's apartment. (2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Unit)
? Supervise and manage the daily operation of the apartment community
? Must be Bilingual. English and Spanish speaking skills and ability to discuss rental agreements
and move-in documents to tenants.
? Rent collection and preparing rent receipts.
? Minor maintenance skills, such as cleaning the property, and performance of minor repairs.
(Excellent maintenance and repair skills are a major asset)
? Address concerns of residents in a friendly and professional manner. Contact maintenance
vendors to insure service requests are tended to in a timely fashion.
? Make sure that a vacant unit be presentable for showing at all times.
? Renting vacant units, (which includes preparation of tenant applications, advertising, networking, etc.)
? MUST ANSWER PHONES AT ALL TIMES
