Position is initially Part-time, hourly compensation, with commission, mileage/travel allowance. Position is set to expand with individual's fit in the progression of the organization.
Final Candidates will be subject to Credit and/or Background check. Bachelor's Degree or current students will be given primary consideration.
This time sensitive, organized; personable, self-starting candidate is able to work flexible hours, is detail oriented, takes direction well and is adept at written and verbal communications via electronic media.
MUST HAVE:
1. Reliable, insured, personal, transportation.
2. General home office equipment, computer, printer/scanner, experience with Office and other common software.
3. Ability to communicate in personable, patient manner.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Assist in the leasing and management of assigned properties.
2. Coordinating tenant and service contacts.
3. Communicate with company principals.
4. Communicate with vendors and contractors.
