Qpix Photo Sticker Store - a Japanese self-service photo studio, also selling Japanese style gifts.
We are located at Northridge Fashion Center.
Our store houses:
Mon -- Fri, 11am -- 9pm;
Sat, 10am-9pm
Sun,11am-7pm

Who are we looking for?

Part-time students/young adults

1 store manager (30hrs/wk)
3 - 4 Sales (20-25hr/wk)

Qualifications:

? Must provide own transportation
? Must be able to work legally in the U.S
? Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, experience related to retail store sales is a PLUS
? Flexible schedule: afternoons, nights and weekends
? Japanese language skills are a plus

(additions for manager position)

? 2 years retail store manage experience, familiar with retail POS system.
? Internet marketing / Social networking experience (yelp, facebook page, google ads, groupon, blogging, etc)
? Promo store events

Duties for sales:

? Since all photo booth machines are in Japanese, some customers might have trouble operating them. Therefore, they might need your assistance in operating the machines. (You do not need to speak Japanese for this position, we will train you.)
? Maintain the overall appearance of the store
? Provide high quality customer service
? Product sales
? Store cleaning
? Store opening/ store closing
? etc

Compensation:

Sales: $8/hr
Manager: $10/hr in 3 months probation period, $12/hr, plus bonus thereafter.
