Requirements/ Expectations -- Marketing/Account Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
? Creating and maintaining clients database
? Assisting in promotional strategies and product development.
Maintaining project tracking spread sheets on marketing/sales calendars.
Willing to travel within United States for trade show
Must have a valid Driver Lisence
REQUIREMENTS:
? English is a MUST, Chinese, Spanish is a plus.
? Highly motivated. Ability to work individually and self-driven projects.
? Demonstrate ability to solve problems, analyze systems and data and suggest appropriate solutions.
? Well built skills in organization, prioritization and time management.
? Work under stress to meet project deadlines and minute attention to detail
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
-Bachelor's degree in marketing or any business majors.
-2 years plus related job experience.
- Generate Leads
- Heavy cold calling
- Assist outside sales team
- Acquire new accounts
- Establish rapport with existing and new clients/customers
- Marketing and Selling of Services / Products
- Prepare bids and quotes
- Answer customer inquiries
- Track leads and negotiates pricing with client/customer
- Prepares daily, weekly and/or monthly leads and sales reports
- Follow-up / follow-through with clients
- Liaison between Customer Service Dept. and Sales
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Computer literate/savvy
DOE $2,000 - $2,500 + commission. Health Insurance after 3 months probation. Performance end of the year bonus. At least Quarterly Sales Target bonus.
