Server-You must have at least 2 years serving experience, professional, punctual, enthusiastic, energetic, quick learner, self starter, guest friendly, and able to work in a fast paced enviroment always having a smile even under pressure. Detailed wine knowledge and Micro's system a plus. Must be flexible and able to work on the weekends including holidays. Busboy/Food Runner-You must have at least 2 years busboy and food runner experience, punctual, energetic, guest friendly and able to work in a fast paced enviroment while keeping a smile on your face. Good Communication skills are a must. Sushi like knife skills is a plus. Must be flexible and able to work weekends including holidays.
