Core duties:
* Lead and communicate with a team of 6 virtual customer service and technical staff (20% of your time)
* Hire and manage 5-10 outsourcers for ongoing web development and video production projects. (20% of time)
* Oversee and troubleshoot online systems and new web development projects (20% of your time)
* Resolve problems & record new policy distinctions in customer service as they come up (15% of your time)
* Serve as liaison in key relationships or CEO and President (15% of your time)
* Hiring staff (10% of your time)
Core requirements:
* Management excellence. Proven track record as a personable, skilled, energetic communicator, troubleshooter, and manager of teams. Ability to hire, train and develop team members.
* Proficient in Project Management. Proven ability to maintain progress in 5-7 simultaneous projects.
* Excellent phone and written skills. High, A-player standards for communication and relationship.
* Administrative skills. Extremely organized with ability to learn, create and and follow business systems.
* Technical facility. html or other computer programming experience preferred (do not have to be advanced). Speed and proficiency in learning new services and systems.
Preferred experience and skill sets. We will prefer candidates with some the following experience points:
* Industry experience in online training, membership site, online publishing, or content management
* Extensive experience in customer service
* Familiarity with accounting or business financial principles and/or software (such as Quickbooks)
* Web design and programming
* Hiring and building teams
* Familiarity with video production processes
* Understanding of managing and/or sales systems
