Responsibilities include:
- Provide "help desk" service to staff and external customers
- Monitor databases for data integrity (e.g. identifying problems with the data)
- Maintaining data flow for several databases, such as importing data files and converting data to new formats
- Designing and running custom and standard reports
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance processes
- Provide support and problem solving for internal staff and external customers
Experience needed:
The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in:
Relational databases
Database application reporting
Miscellaneous desktop software, including all MS applications
Desktop hardware troubleshooting skills
Strong customer service skills
Remote access software (a plus)
VMware products (a plus)
Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred. Excellent communication skills needed.
