If you can multi-task and answer telephone line ringing and still keep a positive attitude then you might be what I am looking for. You must be able to type 55 wpm, create spread sheets, file information correctly, set appointments, take messages and distribute them accordingly, communicate with integrity, have a flexible daily routine at times, and have good work ethic. We are a leader in our industry, we guide and develop young artist to succeed in their chosen profession. This reception/assistant position is full time Monday-Friday, 9am -6pm.
