The qualified candidate will have a history of customer service background with a professional and enthusiastic attitude. Candidate must be able to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and proactive.
Responsibilities:
? Answer phone calls and greet customers.
? Process all customer requests to exceed customer expectations.
? Interact with employees, customers, vendors, and the general public.
? Making and modifying reservations.
? Billing and balancing transactions.
? Handle cash and credit card transactions.
? Prepare daily paperwork.
Education and Qualification:
? A very professional manner, upbeat personality, and demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
? Attention to detail.
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
? Effective problem solver.
? Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
? Good time management and follow -- up skills.
? Team player and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
? Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service; High end hotel, resort, restaurant or aviation related service is a plus.
? High School Diploma or Higher Education.
This is a full time and part time hourly position with excellent career progression.
