We are currently seeking a multi- Langue Technical Support agent who is interested in joining a fast paced environment with room for growth. The preferred candidate will have a knowledge base including:
? Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (XP / Vista/ 7)
? Setting up and managing our in house server, routers, storage devices, and other hardware and software
? Good understanding of Microsoft Access, Excel and Outlook
? A+, N+ or one year of technical experience
? Ability to troubleshoot a variety of hardware issues
? Fluency in English and Hebrew
? Strong verbal, written, telephone and customer service skills
? Ability to quickly record trouble tickets in our database (Preferred Gold Mine CRM)
The following skills are a plus, not a requirement:
? Experience with Point-of-Sale Systems
? Experience with accounting applications
? Self-starter with excellent communication skills at technical and non-technical levels
? An analytical approach to problem solving
This position will be based out of Los Angeles, CA. On the job training will be provided. The desire to grow your skill set is crucial.
