About You:
You are a nice, organized, motivated, hard-working, honest, fun, intelligent and culturally well-informed person. You are not pretentious.
You may have really liked The Royal Tenenbaums but don't claim to love every Wes Anderson.

A Day in the Office:

-Collaborate with the business dev, marketing and programming team-personnel to devise and design a strategically efficient & effective plan of action
-Collaborate with in-house personnel and/or any outside resources, to begin executing said campaign, they may not always get it but you will show them the light and guide the way,
-Maintain coordination between the programming, marketing and product development campaigns
-Manage the day-to-day tasks and to-dos, and because we like to get silly with it, you decide to roll up your sleeves and get down-and-dirty too,
-You write killer copy for client sites (not a position requirement), blogs and ads, but save your real jazz for our own projects,
-You get on the phone with outside developer and let him know his accent is Valley but his code is Bali,
-You're like Davy Crockett (or Daniel Boone?), tracking and analyzing all the various components
-You know who Davy Crockett is,
-Regularly dissect, analyze, report to and brainstorm with senior members,
-While he's on vacation (much needed) you call the CEO (he insisted that you do) to report on of the latest developments,
-CEO orders cot to room,
-It's cool.

Key Attributes that You Possess:

Project Manager Say, Project Manager Do:
It takes lots of moving parts and people to effectively run any business, especially one like ours. The progress of a whole team is often dependent on one person completing their tasks. It is important to you, especially as the Project Manager that you get your work done on time. You inspire others to do so as well.

Excellent work ethic:
It is the passion and pride you have for your work that carries you to the office each day. Your step is quick in coming, yet slow to leave. (a little far-fetched but it sounds nice)

Excellent communicator:
You'll be working, collaborating and communicating with marketing technicians, designers, copywriters, journalists, PR firms and some Rain Man like programmers (though not as social). You easily articulate ideas and know how to communicate them to each particular audience. You communicate with partners and clients that do not have the faintest clue as to what we do, but hang up excited.

Good grasp of business principles:
You understand and can convincingly communicate the rational behind your recommendations.

Tenacious:
Truly successful Project Management requires walking the tightrope, having the patience it takes to get it right, the confidence to try things that may not work and the wisdom to recognize when they don't. You don't get discouraged when things don't always work out.

Mad Genius of Multitasking:
You multitask multitasking. The rest of the team basks in the glow of your organizational prowess, not only are the programmers programming but their socks are matching too.

You're Patient and Committed:
Even when the going gets tough you're committed to seeing things through until the end, much as you're doing now- still reading this impossibly long job posting.

Please include a detailed resume with any examples of past work, "gravy" samples and/or portfolio and be sure to tell us about yourself too.
