Job Description :
Los Angeles office seeks patent/general litigation attorney having 1-3 years of experience as a litigation associate. The candidate will work directly with partners in the patent litigation group and will be responsible for drafting briefs (including Markman briefs), claim charts, infringement contentions and invalidity analysis. May also be assigned to general litigation matters. Should have at least an undergraduate degree in either Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Some court experience is desirable. California Bar membership and PTO registration are a plus.
