Marketing Company seeking individuals with these qualities: Professional, punctual, genuinely like to help people, money motivated, team player, able to work unsupervised , is friendly and welcoming , have a take charge personality, optimistic, strong will but coach able, and excellent communication skills.
MUST HAVE; 2+ yrs customer service experience, have a reliable car, valid CA license, and car Insurance. Must be willing to work 6 days/wk, adjust work schedule as the need arises, work outside, and work on your feet for at least 8 hrs per day. Supervisory/management experience, door-to-door sales, phone sales, or similar experience is a plus.
Candidates will learn all aspects of running an event marketing company including: Manage personal/company inventory, manage personal attitude provide top notch customer service for customers and clients, provide quick and energetic presentations for customers, manage 1 or more marketing events, manage a team of 6 or more people, learn to communicate effectively with people of all ethnic and cultural background, business development and expansion.
