Duties include but are not limited to
- Web research and report
- Administrative and office functions
- Social media marketing such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, blog, email marketing, etc.
- Communications with potential and existing customers by phone and email
- Some running errands
The ideal candidate must be well-organized, flexible, with an upbeat and positive personality who enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting the business owner
- Be able to work Monday -- Friday from 12:30pm -- 4:30pm in office
- Candidate must be familiar with all aspects of administrative tasks and Microsoft Office Products.
- At least 1 year experience on a business level of social media marketing such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and blogs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Photoshop and/or other graphic design skills will be a plus, but not a must.
The candidate needs to be able to work independently with little or no supervision in an office. The compensation will start from $13 per hour and get raised depending on candidates' qualifications and the achievement in work.
