Qualifications:
? Minimum seven years of relevant experience in governmental affairs, media, or politics (especially in the City of Los Angeles, or in the California State Legislature)
? Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate institution
? Advanced degree in law, political science, communications or relevant business discipline desired, but not necessary
